There are two segments in our PU CASE product range. One segment includes chemicals that allow to block isocyanates in PU systems. The other segment contains metal-based polyurethane catalysts with varying levels of bismuth and/or zinc, which allows for different end-properties of the PU formulation. By adjusting the bismuth and/or zinc concentrations, the reaction profile between the polyol and isocyanate can be fine-tuned. This leads to an ideal processing time and manufacturing efficiency

To achieve the desired end-properties of your formulation, such as hardness, flexibility, and durability, it is crucial to make a well-considered selection of PU catalysts and additives. This will create an ideal rise and cure profile.

Isocyanate Blocking Agents - VALIREX NOVAL NEXT

Zinc Neodecanoate Catalyst


Experience the benefits of longer opening times and improved back-end curing with our zinc-based polyurethane catalyst. Zinc catalysts work synergistically with our bismuth products, resulting in high crosslinking networks, promoting hardness.
