Tall Oil-derived Solvent for Excellent Ink Formulation Flexibility
VALIFLEX BM 100.28 is a butyl ester solvent, derived from tall oil, which allows the ink maker to formulate fast-setting offset inks. Thanks to its high solvency power mineral distillates can be replaced successfully, and resin concentrations are increased. In this way, non-VOC inks with high gloss and good rub resistance are obtained. Tall oil-derived ester solvents are designed to provide the ink manufacturer with the highest formulation flexibility. Tall oil-derived ester solvents offer a low product carbon footprint.
