Low-odor, Soya-based Alkyd for Great Pigment Wetting

KB 112 EU is a soy-based alkyd with good pigment wetting, relatively low polarity and good compatibility with printing ink distillates and hard resins. The product improves strength development in flush and dry grind processes. Further benefits include excellent gloss, flexibility and low-odor properties, making it a good choice for use in food and cosmetic packaging inks. The product is both used in grinding/wetting vehicles, as well as for formulating sheetfed, coldset and heatset ink vehicles.
