Neodymium Polymerization Catalyst Precursor for PBR, Diluted in Hexane
VALIKAT Nd 8.8 H is a neodymium versatate grade with 8,8% Nd content, dissolved in polymer grade hexane. It is used as a precursor for the synthesis of a Ziegler-Natta type catalyst complex to produce polybutadiene rubber (Nd-PBR) with high cis-content. This results in improved wear properties and lower roll resistance.
